Our cuisine is centered around carefully selected, high-quality ingredients and a meticulous approach to each product.

We carefully select Wagyu beef from the Auetal farm in Garrel, fresh fish, and Saterland ham from the Oldenburg Münsterland region, and prepare them with artisanal precision. Simple preparation and subtly balanced flavors bring out the natural taste to perfection.

    Breakfast

    We serve our breakfast buffet Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends and holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

    During long weekends and school breaks in Lower Saxony, we extend breakfast service on weekdays until 11:00 a.m.


    Restaurant

    Our restaurant/kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. 

    We recommend making a reservation for the evening.


    Between service hours, you can enjoy coffee and cake here.

  • What is served as part of the half-board (HB) / 3-course meal?

    With our half-board option, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted three-course meal every day: a starter or soup selected by the chef, a choice of three main courses, and a dessert to round off your meal. Each dish is prepared for you using seasonal ingredients and with great attention to detail.

  • Are dogs allowed in our restaurant?

    While you are dining in the restaurant, we ask that you leave your pet in your room.


    Out of consideration for all our guests and for hygiene reasons—particularly given our open buffet areas—we regret that dogs are not permitted in our restaurant.


    On our terrace, however, you and your four-legged friend are always welcome.

    We warmly welcome guests from outside our organization.
