1. Appointment scheduling

2. Initial Consultation & Confirmation
We’ll show you around the venue and help you plan your event. We’ll outline the initial details.
If you decide to hold your wedding with us, you’ll receive a confirmation right away.
3. Reflections & Information Sheet
In the coming weeks, you can start thinking about how you’d like to plan your wedding anniversary celebrations, bringing you one step closer to your big day. About 8–10 weeks before all the details are finalized, you’ll receive an overview so you can prepare as best as possible.
4. Finalizing the details
You’ll come back to see us about four weeks before the wedding, and we’ll plan your big day together in detail. We’ll discuss the venue, the decorations you’d like, the food and drinks, and the lodging options available at our hotel.
